Small Parcel Delivery
If only small items have been ordered you can confirm your delivery price by clicking ‘My Basket’ and after entering your
postcode you will have the option of a standard or express delivery.
Medium & Large Parcel Delivery
If larger items have been ordered you can confirm your delivery price by clicking ‘My Basket’ and after entering your
postcode you will have the automatic delivery charge of a swift carrier service which delivers in 1-2days for more information
see tracking your order below.
What if I order small and large items?
If both small and large items are ordered delivery will be priced at the larger standard delivery of £5.95.
Signature on Delivery
As both Royal Mail Recorded and carrier DPD www.dpd.co.uk require a signature on delivery please ensure there will
be someone present at your delivery address.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation of your order by email with a consignment number which can be tracked
as from the next morning.
For small parcels track your delivery on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com – under personal customers click
the track and trace option and quote your reference number.
For medium and large standard parcels track your delivery on the DPD website www.dpd.co.uk by entering your
consignment number in the top right bar headed ‘Search or Tracking’ on the homepage – you will then see your tracking
page with an hour delivery slot.
What happens if I miss my parcel?
If you happen to be out at the time of delivery a card will be left and delivery will automatically be tried again the next day.
For Royal Mail deliveries alternatively you can collect from your local sorting office. For carrier DPD alternatively you enter
your consignment number on the homepage www.dpd.co.uk and via your tracking page you can change your delivery to
be re-delivered to a neighbour if you know you will not be present the next day.

Delivery charges include post and packaging. All orders are attractively presented with items individually wrapped in Red
Lilly printed tissue paper, in most cases boxed and where required bubble wrapped for extra safety.
